Hi guys, this is Carrie Kari here from MyNewFitSelf.com, and what I want to do in this video is show you a 21 day diet plan for weight loss.

I don’t know about you, but I have tried many different ways to lose weight and I seem to only find the yo-yo diet plan. I will lose it and then in a few years I gain it right back when I am not paying attention to it any more.
And here I am once again at my highest weight and wanting to get back into my new jeans I bought. I feel like the weight loss industry is making a ton of money off me.
I have found yet another new weight loss program that has proclaimed amazing results of people losing up to 20 plus pounds in 3 weeks.
The one great tip that they teach you to maintain your weight loss is the 3 pound rule. Once you reach your target weight you continue to weigh yourself everyday and if you gain 3 pounds you have to start their diet again to get back to your target weight. This will be extremely helpful once I have reached my goal.
I have to say that I am really skeptical though. I don’t think that it is possible to lose that much in 3 weeks, but my curiosity has been peaked and I want to see if it really gives the results that it promises. This is however a very different way of doing it then I have seen done before in the past.
Starting today I will be attempting this 21 day diet plan for weight loss. What I like about it is that you don’t have to do crazy workouts to see the results you want.
In the next 21 days I will be posting videos on my progress so that you can see for yourself if it is something worth checking out.
I will also be posting some of their tips if you would like to give it a chance while you are watching to see if I actually lose the weight.
